St Paul’s Anglican Private Secondary School Infrastructure Development – Mlambe 2
Immas Building Contractors Ltd was engaged to carry out the construction of key educational and support facilities at St Paul’s Anglican Private Secondary School in Mlambe 2, Mdeka. The scope of works included the construction of an administration block, a classroom laboratory, an IT resource center, a library, and two toilet blocks.
The project required close coordination with the consulting architects to ensure that all works were executed in line with approved designs, specifications, and applicable building standards. Emphasis was placed on structural integrity, functionality, and suitability for academic use, particularly for science learning, digital education, and administrative operations.
Throughout the project, Immas Building Contractors Ltd maintained effective site supervision, quality control, and safety management. The completed facilities significantly enhanced the school’s learning environment by providing modern, purpose-built spaces that support teaching, administration, and student welfare.
